What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a guided rest practice, allowing participants to release exhaustion on the mental, physical, and emotional levels. If you'd like to try it out, here is a good example of the kind of practice we will use in this session (hosted on the free Insight Timer app).

What do I need to practice? All you need is a comfortable place to rest and a way to connect to the Internet. A good sound connection is important. It's ok if you have to (or want to) turn your video off during the practice.

Any experience needed? None at all. This practice is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
